    Our Commitment

    Lincoln AI, built by the AI Product Team at Cott Systems, Inc., is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. Accessibility is central to what we do - our product exists to help government offices meet federal accessibility requirements - so we hold our own website to the same standard.

    Conformance Status

    This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the technical standard referenced by Title II ADA rulemaking for state and local government entities.

    Measures We Take

    To make this website accessible, we:

    • A skip-to-content link on every page, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
    • Full keyboard operability - every menu, link, form field, and button works without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator on every element.
    • Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA ratios for body text, interface text, and icons, verified across all pages.
    • Semantic page structure - descriptive headings, landmarks, and unique page titles on every page.
    • Forms with clearly associated labels, required-field identification, and error and success messages announced to screen readers.
    • Support for the operating system's reduced-motion setting, so animations can be turned off.
    • A CAPTCHA (Cloudflare Turnstile) that does not rely on visual puzzles.
    • Links in body text underlined as well as colored, so they are distinguishable without relying on color alone.
