    Ingest Documents

    Extract & Structure Data

    Lincoln AI DMS reads each document and converts unstructured content into organized, field-level data. This is the core of what Lincoln AI does — turning pages into structured records.

    OCR processing

    Optical character recognition converts scanned images and handwritten entries into machine-readable text.

    Field extraction

    Key fields — party names, document types, recording dates, instrument numbers — are identified and pulled from document content.

    Validate & Review

    Not every extraction is high-confidence. Lincoln AI surfaces uncertain results rather than hiding them, using exception-based workflows that let your team focus on what actually needs attention.

    Low-confidence flags

    Fields that fall below configurable confidence thresholds are flagged automatically — not silently accepted.

    Exception handling

    Flagged records are routed to structured review queues organized by document type, field, or priority.

    Human verification

    Your team confirms, corrects, or supplements extracted data where needed. High-confidence fields pass through without manual review.

    Once OCR-processed and validated, records are immediately available for retrieval, structured search, and integration with downstream systems.
