Lincoln AI provides AI-powered OCR/ICR processing, metadata extraction, search, and document management tools designed for public-records environments. The Site provides information about our services and allows you to request a live demo tailored to your records environment.

Demo Requests

When you submit a demo request through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a demo request does not create a binding obligation on either party. Any subsequent engagement will be governed by separate agreements.

Sample Documents Shared for Demos

If you share sample documents so we can tailor a demo, you represent that you have the authority to share those documents with us. Sample documents are subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used solely to prepare and deliver the demo. Sample documents are not used for model training and are not retained beyond the demo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lincoln Data and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
